Hey everyone. im 31 years old, 5 ft 10, 245 pounds, just started on tirz through a telehealth clinic and have become quite interested in the topic. just looking to learn some stuff and maybe make some friends. if anyone has advice for me, I'm willing to take it. I'm moving my dose from 3mg to 6mg tomorrow morning, hoping all goes well!

So far so good! Can’t tell if it’s the tirz or my mental toughness but the calorie deficit has been real. Appreciate you!
