Hi everyone! Long time lurker here deciding to join the conversations. Background: male 34, 5'11, Tirz started almost a year ago, beginning weight 311 and now 245. 15mg was starting to feel like not much, so the dosage went up. Then Reta caught my eye and brought me here. How to transition over in dosage is still puzzling me though, before making the leap.
