Hey everyone!
A 35m, over in the Cleveland area. Becoming a father recently has me wanting better shape for my family. 6'2" and 265lbs at the moment. My job keeps me pretty active. 10-15k steps most days, plus about 15-25 flights of stairs on 2-3 days of the work week. A good year straight of weight lifting happened, but hernia surgery put a stop to it and getting back into it never followed
The GLP journey started back in August. 289lbs was my starting weight. Tirz from the cheapest telehealth provider reddit had to offer was the beginning. About 3 months on it brought about 25lbs of loss. The flu arrived and it got stopped. The nice thing is I really haven't gain anything back
A vial of Tirz is still here but Reta might be the switch. The nausea following the pin sucked. zofran was being taken to help. Something easier on the nausea is what I want. So maybe a split dose of Reta.
Whether the Tirz is still good is also unclear. December is the stated expiry, but from what I was reading the pharmacy just puts the expiration as the end of your subscription to make you think it's bad so you have to buy more.
Learning more about peps in general and trying to live a healthier life is why I'm here overall. Continuing the journey, and maybe even starting a new one, can't come soon enough!
