Hi everyone, posting from Australia after coming across this place recently. Reta has been part of my life for almost 2 years, with plenty of experimentation along the way — some fast cuts, some extended ones. What I keep seeing is people pushing high doses, and the misunderstanding underneath it: treating Reta as an appetite suppressor is the worst possible way to run this compound. The point of Reta is that your body operates closer to optimal, which requires that you actually eat. The upside is that carbs don't have to be outlawed, and staying in a deficit gets far easier. Chase appetite suppression with big doses instead, and you'll likely land right back where you started. Low doses over long stretches worked best for me; 1mg a week was my sweet spot, and it took a week to move past the appetite-suppressant hump that came with a 3.5mg dose. High doses simply aren't needed. Nothing outperforms diet, training and lifestyle change — layer ret on top of those and your body starts handling food differently.
