Hi all
Keen to keep building what I know about glp1s and the peptides around them while I'm here.
A 43yo Aussie, Townsville QLD is home, and health and fitness have always been my thing — though body weight has been a battle too: plenty of diets worked at the time over the years, yet slipping back into normal life usually meant the kilos returned.
Tirzepitide treated me well, 8kg coming off gradually across 2 months, and the switch to retatrutide happened recently. The hope is to keep dropping towards a goal body weight near 100kg.
Strength work, step counts, mountain biking and the odd run here and there are what keep me fit. Age reshapes both your priorities and what your body can do — remarkable really. Still, I am genuinely grateful for what I can currently manage, and I'm keen to get back on track.
Cheers for now!
