Getting reta here, with reliable supply and a price I can handle, has already flipped my life upside down.
Once food stops being the thing your brain chews on all day, the quiet that shows up is wild. I'm only 4 weeks into reta, but where I used to fight to keep from going over 2600 cals, now I can stay <1800 without much effort.
