Hi all!

After stumbling onto peptides, I've spent a good while reading up on them. Health and wellness matter a lot to me, and I already take plenty of vitamins and supplements. I'm closing in on 40 and want to keep looking and feeling my best.

My peps should arrive later this week, and I've got a few things I'm unsure about. The stack I'm running is Reta, Ghk-cu and Semax. In a few wks I'm thinking of adding NAD and Mots-c.

For Reta, is .5mg or 1mg the better starting point? Once a wk, or every 5 days? Should it be taken during the day or at night? I've read that dosing at night lets you sleep through side effects. My plan is ghk-cu at 1mg daily alongside zinc and vit c, and Semax at 1mg daily.

Any helpful feedback or experiences you'd like to share would be great. Thanks in advance!

I followed the latest trials and my starting dose was 2mg, taken once a week. Plenty of people split their dose and inject twice a week instead.

My advice would be to pin that first dose in the morning on a day when you're off, in case your body reacts badly. You don't want to lose a night of sleep or feel awful while you're at work. Once you're past that, timing doesn't really matter. It takes 4 weeks for it to build up in your system.

Here's a link that has a lot of info plus links to the studies, so you can read up -

Hey Vash!

Appreciate the details! That site is where I ordered my bac water and supplies, and it actually showed up ahead of schedule. I'm looking at the link right now.
