Hi everyone. I'm just getting started with peptides. What led me here was looking into Reta and what it can do. This is all new for me, so whatever knowledge people can share would be appreciated. I'd like to find out how to go about peptide transactions safely, plus any other helpful pointers anyone has.

Right now I take 2mg of Reta each week, and after 3 weeks I've seen a few pounds come off. I want that to keep going, and I want to get informed about what effects others might experience, peptides that can be stacked alongside Reta, and really just any solid general guidance when it comes to peptides and exercise. I'm both excited and a bit nervous to begin this journey. Thanks!

Hi there! Well done on getting this weight loss trip started, reta has worked brilliantly for me and hopefully you get the same result.

Appreciate it. It's always encouraging when someone else shares a win too. Nice work! What's your length of time on reta? Had you used a different GLP beforehand?

Glad you're here, and nice work so far. I'd say you're on a solid path... I switched over from tirz, spent a few weeks at Reta 2mg, then raised it to 3mg, and I'm at 4mg now. My plan is to hold at this dose for as long as I can. For many people, 4-6mg tends to be the sweet spot. I'm hoping that's true for me too... check out cjc1295 no dac together with Ipamorelin. That combo is worth researching.

With CJC1295/Ipamorelin, what kind of benefits showed up for you? I've come across claims it might dial down how well Reta works for muting food noise. Did that happen to you at all?

All I'd say is give it time. You're only at the beginning, and what's ahead of you is going to be great. Down the road, once you've got a clearer picture, that's when you can layer in peptides that match whatever goals or needs come up.

Appreciate it! That's what I intend to do! And your username gave me a laugh, I like it!
