Hi everyone, I'm joining up here to learn as much as I can as I begin a new phase of my fitness journey. Bodybuilding has been part of my life and I train 5 days a week, so outside the kitchen my lifestyle is fairly healthy and consistent. My biggest hurdle, though, has always been the "food noise" and a long-running struggle with binge eating. However hard I train, the mental side of hunger tends to trip me up.
My goal is to lose about 25kg and hold on to as much muscle mass as possible. A lot of reading later, I've settled on moving ahead with Retatrutide to help quiet that food noise, so I can actually stick to my prep and see what the gym work delivers.
I'm looking forward to hearing how everyone handles titration schedules and managing side effects alongside a high-intensity training split. Glad to be here and thanks for having me!
