Medically supplied Saxenda was what I used for 18 months, then retra turned up in my reading a few months ago. A build-up to 6 mg followed and I paused there. In 2 months the drop has been 8 kg and it is still coming off. Going to 8 was tried but the side effects were too much (nausea and skin hypersensitivity). Pre-filled pens are what I have been ordering up to now, which did the job but cost a fortune where I live. Info found here changed that: filling my own pens works out dirt cheap, at least next to what the pre-filled ones cost me. F things up is the last thing I want, so reading here came first - experiences with sellers, plus sterility and pen preparation. Freezer storage is something I have already picked up here. More wisdom from this forum is what I am hoping for, and the reading is far from finished I guess ! Useful info is something I hope to contribute later on once my journey is further along.
