Hello from the land of square sausage and haggis. 40 years of indulging in things like deep fried Mars Bars have passed, and I thought it might be time to actually try looking after myself a little. Mounjaro was my previous medication and nearly 2 stone came off before the prices became pure greed. That led me to grey. Reta is around 7 weeks in now and I'm not sure about it. In that time I've gone from 1mg up to 3mg a week, and 4mg is next soon as I hear that's a sweet spot for a lot of folks. Mounjaro's effects were far more noticeable by comparison. Reta isn't doing much for me so far, but time will tell
