New around here, so let me introduce myself. My reason for joining is a focus on improving my health — weight loss in particular, and getting my head around GLP-1 medications.
None of them have been tried by me yet, though retatrutide interests me a great deal. Over 35kg came off naturally, but further progress is proving much harder and I'd like to get leaner.
