Friends pointed me here after introducing me to the peptide world, and they spoke very highly of it. My journey began about 6 months and 40lbs ago. I've watched how I feel, how I sleep, how I think all change over that time. The weight loss ended my snoring, which has made my amazing wife truly happy. I always assumed this was simply how things would be as I aged. Now at 48, I've unlocked a whole new me, and I look forward to hearing some of your journeys and insights. My doctor prescribed Retatrutide around 8 weeks into my process, and it definitely took time to adjust to, but the discipline it helped me build has been one of the most transformative things of all. Just amazing.

Getting back to good health for me began with covid, followed by a motorcycle crash, and then a herniated disk that had first been hurt in that crash. Reta made a massive difference in helping me shed the weight at the start. I'm excited to continue.

Herniated disks are something I know all too well. Mine caused nerve pain that I could barely stand. Being on my feet the entire day on hard flooring made every step awful. Before surgery eventually fixed it, I went through every option out there, yet now I have to manage inflammation for the rest of my life, which has not been easy. Staying on top of nerve health, plus keeping muscles and connective tissue strong, has been a continuous education. It's great that your improvements are still coming.
