Afternoon, all.
A small, permanently drowsy fellow — the thread title gives that away. Putting it plainly: Narcolepsy Type 2 is what I live with, and it complicates both dropping weight and holding onto the loss. That's a big part of why I signed up. Add a charming intolerance to heat and a body that may or may not be perimenopausal, and, well. Exciting stuff.
Not that anyone logged on for my chart. Though if other narcoleptics are around, their perspective would be genuinely welcome — and I'm happy to field questions about what living with it is actually like.
Texas is where I live, 30-something, with a spouse I'm fond of and one dog. As for hobbies: reading obsessively about whatever has my attention, then daydreaming that energy will materialize and let me actually do the thing I researched. (It rarely does.)
Wishing everyone here gets where they're heading. Low-key energy to all.
