Plenty of reading on reddit led me to a recommendation to visit here.
Fitness and nutrition have been my thing my whole life. Doing everything naturally was a firm belief of mine and I don't even believe in taking supplements. A good diet and proper training is all you need... until age caught up with me. Late 40's now, and things don't work like they used to. Injuries don't heal like they did before. Old injuries flare up. Permanent is what I've been told about some of them, and that pain management would be the rest of my life — which is why I'm finally open minded about other options. Shoulder, knee, hip and back pain are all mine. Last year my back pain had me out on medical leave from work for six weeks. This year, after hearing that peptides might accelerate joint repair, I decided to just go for it because I had nothing to lose. Being told I'm screwed already meant anything that might help was worth it. An eight week cycle of Wolverine protocol and GHK-Cu later — my nagging left shoulder pain is gone?! My knee seems to be less painful and my back (fingers crossed) hasn't had any flare ups since I started these peptides!
A break from peptides is where I am now, evaluating results. It's already clear my hip joint will need another round of Wolverine protocol and there's some plantar fascitis needing attention too. For my injuries these peptides are like a literal miracle! Across the board my mobility has improved! Finding what I can do to get my body back to being pain free is exciting!
