Distinct here, signed up because I wanted a group that genuinely understands Reta instead of me scrolling Reddit at 2am.

I'm in week 2 of my very first protocol, 2mg weekly, sticking to the usual clinical titration.

Question for the veterans

Mild headaches plus brain fog show up, and they bunch together 48 to 72 hours after the shot. I'm already drinking 3L water with electrolytes, and that seems to take the edge off.

During weeks 1 and 2, did yours fade on their own, or did you discover particular things that made them go away faster?

I'm trying to work out whether this is simply the normal adjustment phase or whether I ought to change something right now.

Thanks for any insight.

I'm in week 3, taking 2mg weekly, and I've been dealing with mild headaches. Does anyone have tips? I can't tell whether my RT is the problem or if it's just my body getting used to it. Some feedback from experienced users would be great.

Some details about me

I'm a 40 year old father of 2 and a proud husband, carrying a lot of belly fat, from south africa

I'm really hoping to be approved so I can get some guidance from vetrans

Even though trial dosing began at 2mg, plenty of folks kick off with less to gauge their reaction. Regarding mental cloudiness, it isn't a typical reaction, but you do need to get some food in. I've noticed many individuals mention that you ought to keep some carbs in the mix while on reta, rather than going all-in on protein.
