Hey folks.

I figured I was ahead of the game. About 18 months back, I got on the GLP train. Started with sema, then worked my way up on tirz. All told: roughly $1500USD gone, and roughly negative 2 pounds lost. Meaning, 2 pounds put on. With another summer of swamp ass and back rolls staring me down, I chose to jump into the world of stoichiometry. Mostly lurking. But curious to read more on non-responders, and to share whatever I know.

Good to meet you all!

I know someone who dropped roughly 50lbs, then stopped responding. Gastro issues hit him hard as well. In the end, he put back on everything he'd lost plus extra. Right now he's testing out some newer weight loss medications beyond Tirz and Sema.

Those side effects sound miserable. The strange part for me is that I had zero of them, yet I also got zero results. It felt like injecting saline into my stomach for 80 weeks straight.

That's wild. I can't even picture how annoying that must have been! Particularly since there are folks out there claiming they merely caught a whiff of a vial and dropped 20 lbs! Anyway, plenty of choices get talked about in this community and it looks like even more are coming down the pipe, so with any luck you'll land on something that does the trick for you.

If food noise is a problem for you, Tirz would be my suggestion to try. Begin with a low dose and increase it gradually. Keep a record of everything you eat, no matter how small, and be sure to stay active--resistance training and walking.
