Research into Reta, and into going gray generally, is only just getting underway for me. Before this I spent about 2 years on Mounjaro and lost 100 pounds. 15mg was my ceiling and the weight loss stalled there. A job change cost me my insurance coverage for Mounjaro. So for roughly another year my intake was Tirzepatide, plus smaller Mounjaro doses I scavenged off relatives. Since coming off GLP1s entirely, about a month back, the food noise is HORRIBLE. Constant “hunger”, even when I know I've eaten plenty and must be full.
At least 15 pounds have come back, and getting back on the scale is something I'm currently afraid of. The status quo can't hold, and that's what brings me here.
