Hey everybody here on the forum. I came across this place through a google search, and the reason I started looking is that a person on reddit mentioned GLP1Chat, saying it had better pricing and resources, after I'd already spent hundreds of dollars several times for fewer than 10 vials. The moment I read that comment, I went searching for GLP1Chat immediately.. and honestly I'm shocked at how much extra I've been paying for a smaller amount of product, and I'm excited to hopefully look into some chinese peptides that cost less.
So here's a bit of an introduction, maybe not such a short one. I'm a male in my 40s, 5'11, around 210 pounds. About 10 years back I weighed 335.
When the pandemic was happening, I gave the gym a try for roughly 9 months. I went 7 days a week most weeks, and I hardly ever skipped a day. It was mostly cardio plus a bit of weight training. I didn't get much out of it, losing something like 5 pounds across almost a year, though I did add some muscle. I'll be honest, my eating was still terrible, so I chose to stop the gym and put my attention on diet, eating smaller portions, cutting carbs, without any meal planning or counting calories, and I did some fasting, though not consistently, not every day or every week. Once I did that, I dropped somewhere between 60 and m pounds over roughly 4 years. Part of it came off gradually, part of it came off in big chunks.
