Hey everyone, I'm brand new to the grey market scene. My doctor actually told me I'd be a great candidate to start, but she refused to write the prescription since she's aware my insurance won't pay for it.. such a letdown!!! So here I am. I came across a supplier and have been using them since march. They gave me "proof" that the product tested at 99% tirzepatide. I'll admit I was UNDER dosing in the beginning, but once I got the dosing right ..now it's June and still zero weight lost. I began at 163.. and right now I'm at 164. I'm 5'3 .. my mom and I are both using it and she hasn't dropped any weight either .. this supplier has 3000 people in their chat and everyone appears to be having great results.. except for me and my mom .. so I gave Reta a try and same outcome, stuck at the same number, and I began at 2mg .. it's been 2 weeks now.. I should also mention I was on tirzepatide from an online prescription, it cost way too much, I was only on it for 2 months, started at 2.5mg and right away began seeing weight loss .. and yes I am eating clean (still have appetite) I'm active, basically doing everything correctly except no weight loss .. I'm losing it..

Just because you eat clean doesn't mean you're in a calorie deficit… use a TDEE calculator to figure out your total daily energy expenditure, then take off a minimum of 500 calories so you know what to eat each day to lose weight. For 99% of people who aren't seeing any loss, the real issue is that they aren't actually in a caloric deficit. Log your calories and track EVERYTHING you put in your body—you might be shocked to find you're eating at maintenance. Since 3500 calories = 1 pound, cutting your daily intake by 500 per day should work out to 1 pound lost each week.

If the weight still isn't coming off, lower your calories even more. Glp medications aren't a fix that cancels out what you eat; they just make it easier to consume fewer calories, which is what drives weight loss.

Welcome, and best of luck on your journey!
