Wanted to make my intro post.

Late 30's, started TRT about 6 months ago after my labs averaged at about 200 test. Had a little over a decade stint with heroin and fentanyl in the later years and did about a year during puberty which might of had some impact. High stress period for a multitude of those later years. Noticed the benefits after about 6-8 weeks at 200 cyp, started lifting 4 months ago after not touching weights for 12 years. Went to 180 to see if it would reduce the oil production but it didn't make much difference so I'm going back to 200 after my next lab. Was thinking about going to an age clinic as well since the place I'm currently going to only provides TRT.

Hope this stayed within the rules as I read over them twice.

Thanks everyone.

How are you liking the TRT? My test came back at the lowest of the normal range so my insurance won't cover it. Debating just buying it here. As a fellow addict, I've been sober for 19 years, and I'm currently only using the Zepbound pen. But I am about to order needles for the first time. I'm worried that having needles in the house is really going to mess with my head. How have you found it?

It felt like it rolled the clock back a bit...and luckily my insurance covers it. I used needles for about 2 years and was able to cut that out before it kicked into fent/xylazine. I just noticed the other night how amazon is selling needles now, definitely not the way I used to have to get them. That stuff doesn't bother me but the real problem is getting blood draws and having them always have difficulty finding my veins. Now, having high red blood cells only compounds the need for these draws. I'm having to do one next week so hopefully they don't fail again. I basically destroyed the ditch of both arms shooting 6-8 times a day for that period. I never wanted to be the person who had to move around and leave marks everywhere so I sacrificed those instead. I had a period of 10 years sober...and got really complacent and emboldened. Those 2 and an extended high stress period with easy access and endless money really did me in.
