Hey all, new member here from the UK.
Started MJ in Sept 2024 and until now managed to lose 13st. Due to the cost I’ve had to stop MJ. Bought some Reta locally which didn’t touch me unfortunately, the hunger suppression just didn’t happen so not sure how pure it was. Tried another Tirz and it seems to be ok at the moment, not as strong I remember but we’re moving again.
I hope this doesn’t get flagged as source discussion, just telling my journey.
