Lori here—friends call me Lulu, a nickname that stuck since high school. TG and Discord don't do it for me; forums like this one are where I'd rather be. Learning is my reason for signing up, along with meeting folks who think along the same lines. Last May is when this all began for me. Maintenance has been my reality for quite some time now. These days my focus has shifted toward longevity and improving my health on the whole. Happy to have found this place.
I'm only getting started, and since I don't have much weight to lose, it seems like maintenance will be here before I know it. Does anyone else find maintaining hard?
