INTRO New here from Canada – starting semaglutide

Hi all,

I'm from Canada, 25 years old, and I began semaglutide roughly 7 days back.

Up to now there's been a modest weight decrease (~2–3 lbs), mostly because my appetite is lower. My energy level seems typical, and I haven't noticed any significant side effects yet.

It's still extremely early, so I'm just joining to pick up knowledge and exchange stories with everyone.

Appreciate it! My reasons came down mostly to a long stretch where nothing moved even though I kept my diet and training steady, and I also wanted support with managing appetite.

Once I began researching, semaglutide came across as the clearest and most thoroughly studied choice.

I'm only at the beginning, so for now I'm just watching how my body reacts.

Yes, I grew up speaking English.
