I was pulling myself out of a depression that had lasted several years, along with some medical issues, and I'd put on a lot of weight. For 2 months I took phentermine, mainly as a way to get back on track and build solid routines. It also confirmed I have adhd, because the way my thoughts operated while taking it was completely different. It did the job well, and the weight stayed off once I stopped. Things escalated after my sister told me her Naturopathic Doctor was putting her on tirzepide.

Since I deal with seasonal depression and winter was approaching, I was not willing to repeat the cycle of gaining fat and then fighting to get back into shape year after year. I found reta, which looked like a better match for me. A few months on, at 37, I'm holding the lowest bodyfat percentage and the most lean mass I've ever had at such a low bodyweight. I probably have an eating disorder, and historically I could stay in shape as long as I kept to my meal plans and had no more than 2 off plan meals a week. Once I go past 2 meals a week, control slips and I end up binging. Reta has helped enormously with that. I no longer obsess over the calories in some random off menu meal and can act like a normal person without binging. The few binges that did happen were very mild. I think the glucagon effect of reta has some mental impact, since my mind is calmer on it, but without the extra drive phentermine gave me. Also, even though my resting heartrate went up, I saw better performance on the bike at any given heartrate.

Initially I found sources charging over a hundred for a 30mg vial, then found grey, and the pricing lets me justify all kinds of interventions.

BPC/TB4 and KLOW have worked well for injuries, since I'm a high mileage veteran who mountain bikes, so there's plenty of past and ongoing physical trauma. As someone who is almost always injured from a rather kinetic life, I've seen soft tissue injuries heal in roughly half the time, and deeper injuries about a third quicker.

Then came CJC/IPA. I didn't notice much beyond about 2lbs of water retention and more hunger. I stopped it after 2.5 months. I'll probably try real HGH soon.

Right now I'm experimenting with glutathione, MOTC, 5 amino, Epitalon. But then you realize that to support injectable glutatione, you should be taking oral glycine, NAC, and selenium. To support MOTSC, oral NR and TMG, for NAD.

Then add bromante, diy nasal semax and selank for a ghetto ADHD treatment. Still lacking drive, but it has done great things for my mental health. Subtle, but one day I just noticed, man I feel great.

Now I feel like a science expirament with several shots a day, a fist full of supplements, and somehow looking to add more.
