Hello, my highest recorded weight was 630lb, back in. 2019, when COPD put me in hospital and I was immobile — and it stayed there until 2023 , when I began watching breathing techniques and pushing a shopping cart with an oxygen tank around my complex. Today I am 386 lb, off the oxygen machine and exercising daily. Since my weight loss plateaued over 4 months ago, Reta and also tesamorelin have come in recently and brought me to my current weight. Glad to find somewhere we can talk
