A couple of months of lurking here, but an account finally felt right. Last year brought a health scare: diagnosed with HBP, OSA, and the heaviest I had ever been. Several doctors offered to prescribe a name brand, insurance refused to cover it, so Tirzepatide was where I turned. About 18 lbs went before starting Tirzepatide earlier this year, and roughly another 25 lbs since. 7.5mg is my current dose, and a family member has just started too. Research had already begun here just before the pharmacy I used stopped making Tirzepatide last month, and today the one I switched to is shutting down as well. So it's time to dig deeper and see whether I can learn what's needed to potentially tackle some of this on my own. Over-analyzing and over-researching are habits of mine, so some dumb questions will probably come along the way — but I appreciate how much information I've started to get my head around.
