About 15 months into my GLP journey now, and the weight is starting to come back while my wallet keeps losing ALOT. Alternatives to compound semaglutide are what I came here to look into. The same domestic telehealth service I began with is still mine, with a high dosage currently costing me around $500/mo. 250lb was the start, then 205 (190 target weight as a 6' tall male in his late 30s) as of feb 2026, and now almost back up to 220. A few weeks of lurking happened before this, reading through al the wonderful information the community has put out there. Straying too far from the "intro" dialogue wouldn't be right per forum rules, so I'll leave it there until specifics on my intentions and curiosity with alt peptides (ret mostly) can be posted.
