Hi there, I'm Tiffany, writing from Halifax in Nova Scotia, Canada. I'm 44, and the reason I signed up is to find people on the same wavelength to talk GLP's and peptides with, away from all the noise. Hearing about other people's experiences is something I really enjoy, and I've been researching this for a long while now, so I've picked up a fair bit along the way.
Retatrutide has been part of my routine for 6 months now, at a very low dose. The scale is down 20lbs, and these days my focus is holding steady and adding muscle at the gym. I have never felt or been this healthy as an adult. Reta has completely turned my life around. It's been a tool that helped me eat clean, wholesome meals and stop drinking every evening before bed.
