Hi there!
I started reta about 9 weeks ago with the encouragement of my doctor. I have all sorts of lovely issues: insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, bad lipids, etc. Reta has been amazing, and I've been soaking up all the info I can in both this forum and others.
I started at 2mg and have slowed titrated up to 4mg currently; I'm down 38 lbs with plenty more to go. I keep a spreadsheet with weekly body comp measurements to make sure I'm keeping my muscle (I was a powerlifter previously). I do seem to have a tough time getting enough food in to meet macros but liquid protein has been a lifesaver. The very best part has been the reignition of my sex drive, which had previously withered down to nil. My husband is pretty happy with this added benefit!
Happy to be here! I'm actually excited to get the next round of blood work done and see how the hard data has changed.
