Hoping to shed a few pounds and pick up more knowledge about peps. I've been reading quietly around here for a while, and because of all the helpful info, I went from 183 down to 174 (my goal is 165) in just under a month. I stay pretty active with kickboxing, but since I'm older, losing weight has gotten harder.

On top of that, I have familial hypercholesterolemia, so reta is the ideal double whammy; taking off pounds while also getting my out of control cholesterol under control.

Appreciate all the info, excited to keep learning more.

I hadn't given Reta any consideration at all before stumbling onto this place earlier today. I've got four too, and ever since starting terz I haven't experienced a flare

Our stories line up closely, and I'm hoping to follow the same path — this looks like a solid spot to be.

Nearly a month in and that's a solid improvement, mate — don't stop now! And welcome aboard!

Here's hoping we both do well in this space. Boxing is a big part of my life, so I'm eager to find out how my body handles the punishment once reta puts me in a serious deficit. Hoping the energy and recovery hold up!

Thanks.

Those first few sparring rounds were brutal. After 2 rounds I was completely out of gas. Our coach runs us through 2 minute rounds with only a 10 second break, nonstop for an hour.

Eventually I realized carb loading was the missing piece. Things improved a lot once I got that sorted. It's just something you have to keep managing. Shedding the extra pounds has helped too. I'm aiming for 165, though I might switch that to 155.

BPC-157 is something I've recently added, and I've been doing TRT for 1.5 years (my dr. prescribed it).

What's your experience with BPC? I'm interested in trying it for gut healing.

Still undecided on that. About 7 days in at this point, dosing 500 mcg each day. Kickboxing leaves me with nonstop bumps, bruises, and strains. My hope is that it'll make a difference.
