Joining a forum is something I haven't done in ages.
Late 20s, 6'+ and north of 280lbs. Keto took me to 180 once before, and finding the way back is what I'm after. Making my roommates do any restrictive diet with me isn't something I want, so medical assistance is where I'm looking. Alongside my research, diet and exercise habits will change.
This research is completely new to me, and discussing it with you all is something I look forward to.
