Mother to 5, the yo-yo pattern has followed me forever, yet right now I'm at my worst weight and health, and at mid 30's dropping kilos and managing my wellbeing has become noticeably harder because I'm 115kg (already down 3 kgs). Honestly, after 5 kids I lost track of how to properly look after myself, if that makes sense…

Anihu, right now Reta is the only thing I'm using (second round/dose for me) and my reason for being here is to gather more info plus read other people's experiences and perspectives! Honestly that feels like the only route to really learn the most about them, through others actually walking the same peptide path. Down the line I'd like to try peptides other than Reta too, since the benefits I keep seeing and hearing about are seriously tempting 😍 And once I'm further along I can't wait to share my own experiences as well.

Anihu Ngā mihi ( thank you)

Welcome neighbour, plenty of information here and no shortage of good advice drawn from other people's journeys. Being a mum is hard work, especially with 5 kids, but congratulations on taking the step and putting in the work for losing weight!

Hi, that's the reason many of us have joined — we come here, witness the incredible outcomes, and become curious. It's great that you're taking charge of your wellbeing and figuring out how to look after yourself again. It seems like you've been kept very busy for quite a while.

Hey, another NZ mum here! I hope things are going great for you! Reta has been part of my routine for 4 months now, and I've dropped 18kg (I've shed this same amount about 5 times over my life, so this time I'm really set on making it stick! 🙂
