Hi yall! 27 y/o guy here, running and lifting regularly. The last 4 years have been a sobriety-and-health road for me, and the gym plus running outdoors are where I find my footing. I'm after more info from people on the same wavelength about how peptides could serve that journey.
Close to ten years back I broke my spine on the football field and ended up needing a spinal fusion. From there I slid into a dark hole of drink and drugs, though I've since come out the far side healthier than I've ever been. Peptides look like a tool I can use to claw back some capability that the surgery may have cost me. Constant pain and limits come with it, and recovering from hard workouts takes me longer than most. Eager to soak up everything I can!
