Aloha - K-diddle-kadafi, present and accounted for.
This GLP-1 ride kicked off in December 2025 around 327 lbs. Today I'm sitting near 248, so something is clearly working beyond me simply arguing with the scale.
Semaglutide came first, then tirzepatide, and at some point I tumbled headfirst down the rabbit hole: GLP-1 pharmacology, peptides, metabolic signaling, dosing strategies, emerging compounds, testing, vendor evidence, COAs, purity, content, and every odd little detail that sensible people know to ignore.
"Take the shot and don't ask questions" has never been my style. I want to know what a thing does, why it does it, what the evidence really supports, where the soft spots are, and whether people are passing along science or just passing along each other.
So my reasons for being here: comparing notes, learning from people actually living it, sharing what I've gathered so far, and poking the occasional hole in bullshit when it deserves poking.
