Hey everyone! I'm a 47-year-old guy living in the midwest. My height is 5'11" and I weigh 255#. Phentermine has been part of my routine for a number of years, but over the past year or two it looks like it's stopped working as well. I want to look into guys who combine TRT with Reta...and hopefully avoid making any major mistakes!

Hey there! I'm a 49-year-old guy, and I've already started on Reta. I feel like I'm at the point where adding TRT makes sense, so count me in alongside you, man!

Hey, welcome aboard. I'm 55, and low-dose TRT has been part of my routine for roughly 12 years—no crazy doses, simply bringing low numbers back in line. Tirzepatide came into the picture earlier this year, and lately I've been testing how stacking Reta works for me.

No two people respond the same way, but I understand completely why you'd want to leave Phentermine behind once it quits doing its job. In my case, steady TRT alongside the newer meds has been noticeably easier going than the older stimulant route.

Go slow, pay attention to how you feel, and don't neglect the fundamentals—sleep, hydration, bloodwork. There's a wealth of experience among the folks here, so you're surrounded by good people.

I'm on TRT too — 100mg each week, since my levels were really low. A doctor monitors me, so bloodwork happens every 6 months, and my test levels are good at this point. When it comes to dropping weight, what combo would work well? Reta crossed my mind, but could something else deliver better results?
