Hello. I'm Ribas, writing from Portugal. Reta has been part of my routine for roughly 4 months now, and in that time I've dropped 12 kilos.
My aim is to pitch in with the group's mutual help, and to pick up knowledge from everyone here as well.
My starting dose was 3 mg, and these days I'm on 5 mg. The results are quite obvious — 7% of body fat is already gone.
If anyone needs anything explained, just ask, though it will only be from my own experience!!!!!!
