Hi everyone. I've been using reta for close to 12 weeks now. The first 4 weeks were at 0.5 mg, then 4 weeks at 1, and I've just finished 4 weeks at 1.5. This weekend I'm moving up to 2. Over those 12 weeks I've dropped 24 lbs (from 238 down to 214). I'm a 50 year old guy, 6'. I recently came across this forum, and what drew me in was that it's open, so scammers can be called out by members.
 
Nice work — keep it going. I'm planning to give it a go myself before long. What advice would you give someone just starting out? I've read that the GI discomfort can be pretty rough.
