Hi everyone, I just joined. I'm a 48-year-old guy dealing with Crohn's disease and avascular necrosis. I'd been on pain management meds and carrying extra weight, so I chose to try Reta & wolverine twice a week. That led to a 40 lb drop and less pain. I recently began low impact exercise, and some of the pain has come back, but I'm keeping my eyes on the larger goal of a healthier me. Looking forward to learning from and talking with all of you.
