All of this is new to me. So, where to begin..
How did I end up here?
My hormones have been a struggle for a long while now, and that has led to a life that is less than optimal.
For well over three years an endocrinologist had me as a patient. Their idea of help was weight loss medication, which made me sick (Ozempic); when Triz came up instead, my insurance shot it down outright. Continuing would have meant footing a hefty bill myself.
A year of research later I finally took the plunge, and here I am. Two weeks into my journey and the questions are piling up. In time, I suppose, they'll get answered.
