My name is Gil!

I'm 38 years old and I live in Portugal.

Since last december I've been looking after my health, and things are going really well.

I stand 1.89m tall, and I used to weigh 117kgs. At the moment I've been hovering between 99/94kgs, and I just can't seem to drop below that, so I'll be turning to the community for advice, especially since I don't take any suplements at all lol
