Hello everyone,

Time for a quick introduction from me. I've been travelling along the 'peptide journey' for a while now, and I'm eager to pick up more knowledge and swap experiences with this group. My details: 37m, and my other half is 28f. The things I currently use are enclomiphine (which has been life changing), daroxiderant (same), Tirz (low dose), plus various other peptides from time to time - for example Ta1 (really helpful after flus and covid), epitalon (really interesting compound albeit potentially dangerous and would love to discuss it more), ipamorellin (great feeling during sleep), and I've dabbled with pretty much every other one out there.

Tirz is something I take because of reactive hypoglycemia - strange as it sounds, Tirz just 'balances me out' across the board and I feel quite stable while on it. From what I gather it has some application in addiction treatment and subjectively i can feel that.

PCS is what my partner deals with, and she uses Tirz to help with regular cycles. And it seems to be helping a lot. Both of us are super healthy, work out a lot etc etc.

Can't wait to talk about all of this soon!

Welcome, Bob. A lot of what's on your list is stuff I've either used or experimented with too, and I also try to stay fairly active. A prescription for Quviviq came my way recently; over these past few weeks I've been giving it a go, though I have to admit the effects on me were extremely mild at best, if there were any at all. Compare that with zopiclone, which I've taken before and which worked 100% right from the start. With Quviviq, I noticed nothing at all when it came to falling asleep, but a slight improvement in staying asleep. Another item from your list that I also take, CJC+Ipamorelin, likely does more for me.

Interesting. Zopiclone is on a whole different level strength-wise, no question - it's a proper sedative. Quviviq, by contrast, is fairly gentle: it works by blocking the orexin receptors, and orexin is the peptide behind that feeling of being awake.

In my case it does the job perfectly, and my guess is that's because anxiety may be what's driving my sleep trouble.

Take the other night: I'd taken Quviviq, then remembered I had plans that evening (a party!). I went out anyway and just felt a bit unsteady. Same when I'm ill - that 'tired but wired' state where sleep won't come - Quviviq doesn't work there either. It's also much weaker if I've had a protein shake!

CJC and Ipa clearly do work. Epitalon is one worth reading up on - Brunel published a study on it not long ago. I got to talk with the researcher, and in his view the effects include anti-cancer activity and better cognition.

What's your current dose? My own is 50mg, the highest allowed, and if I'm feeling ill I'll occasionally take an extra 25mg to put myself out.
