Hey everyone,
Several times I've dropped 20-50lbs really fast, but it never stuck, and within a couple of years I'm right back around the same figure (245-250ish). What I'm aiming for is a steady 190lbs.
So here I am facing 50lbs to lose once more, and this time I'm hoping the advantage that reta offers can let me take it off at a slower pace while keeping or maybe even building muscle, and afterward assist in holding it off as my body readjusts. Right now I'm focusing on diet and exercise targets.
A few friends nearby have managed this well using reta (a little quicker than I'd prefer), and they're my main source for guidance and encouragement.
I'm quite anxious about possible side effects, and about wrecking my metabolism if the weight comes off too rapidly.
