I've spent the last few days reading posts here without posting. At 26, living in the PH, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes at 23. I've been using a GLP-1 for 4 months, and I've already dropped a lot of pounds while my HBA1C has returned to normal. <3

I appreciate the welcome, and I'm hoping to pick up more knowledge and learn as I go.
