Hello from the land of square sausage and haggis. After 40 years of indulging in things like deep fried Mars Bars, i thought it was time i might actually try looking after myself a little. I was previously on Mounjaro and lost nearly 2 stone before the prices became pure greed. This led me to grey. Currently around 7 weeks into Reta and not sure about it. Iv went from 1mg upto 3mg a week in that time and gonna go upto 4mg soon as i hear thats a sweet spot for a lot of folks. With Mounjaro, the effects were far more noticeable. With Reta, i am not feeling much but time will tell
