Hey everyone! This year I began microdosing tirzepatide, and I'm working on being more proactive when it comes to maintaining and improving myself. Dancing has been a big part of my life, so my main interest is finding ways to keep feeling like myself as I get older.
I don't have diabetes, and I recently had my first a1c test, so I can't really tell whether tirz was behind the good numbers.
On tirz, I've been noticing tiredness and/or feeling distracted, and I'm unsure whether that's simply perimenopause, or if switching to ret might be better. I'm hoping to read some experiences from people dealing with cardiovascular concerns and low-dose ret. I'm thankful I found out about microdosing, and I'm eager to read about other tips and tricks, especially around bone density, hormones, and skin health.
