Hi - I wanted to take a moment to greet the community and share a bit about myself. I'm a married woman in my late 40's, and I live in the New England region of the US. Weight has been a lifelong battle for me, and it's something that runs in my family.

My husband and I have both been using compounded sema for 21 months now. We've each lost 50 pounds, and I still have another 50 to go—possibly more. When compounding was under serious threat and it seemed like it might disappear, we stockpiled compounded vials. At this point my sema stockpile is running low, and it's also past BUD, so I began searching more thoroughly online for alternatives, since I'm aware other options and markets are out there. That's how I came across this forum. Broadly speaking, I joined this community to learn, and it's great to connect with others who are dealing with the same situation. I'm also eager to hear about other people's experiences in general on this weight loss journey.

I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit that I've been stalled for 9 months, with a few ups and downs since then, but my weight has mostly stayed the same. I'm definitely ready to try tirz next, and I've begun learning about other peptides as well.

Thanks for giving me a chance!

I'd say go ahead and make the jump to gray — quit paying those compounding prices that are (still) way too high.

Tirz vials that come lyophilized (freeze dried powder) will keep (more or less) indefinitely whether you stash them in the freezer, the fridge, or just on a shelf. Pick some up (for beginners I'd suggest 30 mg kits) and get familiar with how reconstitution works. For the two of you, 30 mg tirz, BAC, syringes and alcohol pads will run under $20 each month.

Compared with sema, tirz is mental magic. A lot of people love reta, but the food noise suppression I get from tirz doesn't happen for me with it.

Good luck!

Thank you!

Yes, I am certainly making my way toward grey... there is a lot to absorb. I regret not beginning this journey earlier.

So far, the toughest piece has been figuring out the online communities. Luckily, I have a knack for following threads...
