Hello all,
Chris, in London. I signed up to find out about GLP-1 medications through real experience rather than hype. My history with weight management is the fairly typical stop-start one, and GLP-1s interest me as part of a longer term approach to health, my energy and how I eat.
For now, reading, listening and learning is what I am here for - particularly around expectations, side effects and how things unfold over time. Looking forward to being part of this community.
