Hi, in in my mid 30s, currently pre-diabetic, weighing around 200 pounds, 5"10. Because of the nature of my job, im quite active (12-15k+ steps a day) but struggle with food intake.

Since it is difficult to obtain legitimate pharmaceutical-grade product in Europe...

I’m wondering if there are any issues if I simply add 1% BA to sterile water.

I mean drawing up 1 ml with a syringe and adding it to 100 ml of sterile water.

The simplest method possible.

Also, is there any problem with using 99.9% BA (Benzyl Alcohol) that is labeled for cosmetic use?

As an amateur, I don't know if there is a difference, given that it is just pure alcohol.

Hi, also European. Calculation sounds right but in terms of sterility i wouldnt do it. Rather order BAC

I'm concerned about dissolving benzyl alcohol in water.

I tried it once and wasn't happy with the result, as the water wasn't perfectly clear—it didn't look like the alcohol had fully dissolved.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

As I had similar questions regarding BAC, I would suggest that you do a search on the forum (do not check 'Search titles only' and type in BAC water or BAC water Europe etc.

There will be so much information, I am certain you will find a LOT of useful things. From other's experience, to making your own etc.

Good luck.

Hey welcome.

I believe there is European Brands of BAC water across. Doesn't have to be Hospira necessarily as long as they have valid tests such as Lambda.
