Welcome glad your here! What kind of help are you looking for? I started my journey with peptides a few months ago and have found that reta is definitely my favorite GLP. It helps me loose weight without much effort and suppresses my appetite and kills the hunger noise substantially. I found it has less constipation and stomach discomfort as tirzepatide. I am currently on 6mg and have lost 20 pounds so far and I feel great!

Welcome, im new aswell and also from Germany.Happy to see other people from the same countrie here on this Forum,hopefully we can all learn and contribute to the Forum as good as we can!
